My name is Marta and I have been a personal trainer and fitness instructor since 2018.
My qualifications include Fitness Instructor level 2, and Personal Trainer level 3. I am also a Boot camp and circuit instructor.
I started my career after giving birth to my daughter. That was when I decided to help women to get back into shape post pregnancy, so I started outdoor Boot camps and home Personal Training.
Being a mum l know how hard it can be to find time to exercise, or just to have some spare time for yourself.
However I do believe that being organised, consistent and motivated can help achieve the goal of being fit and healthy. I believe that everyone deserves a long, healthy and happy life!
My ambition is to help ladies to lose weight, to increase their self confidence by making them feel good about themselves, so that their lives improve because they are simply happier and healthier.
I became a personal trainer to help people stop making the same mistakes over and over again with fad diets and exercising that produces no results.
My job is also to support people’s understanding of the importance of exercise and how it can become a long-term part of their lives instead of just a short-term change. I am passionate about my job and this is what I love to do, so please let me help you!
